We are delighted to have received a positive summary assessment from CQC which confirms that we have taken all the necessary measures and precautions to mitigate the risks associated with Covid-19.
The CQC assessed the home on four key compliance assessment areas:
Safe, care and treatment
Protection from abuse
Assurance processes, monitoring and risk management
Registered Manager, Kathy Clever, was asked a variety of in-depth questions covering detailed aspects of the assessment criteria. After the assessment the CQC confirmed the Home has the systems and processes in place to mitigate the risk of COVID-19 and maintain the safety of their residents and employees.
