Positive summary assessment from CQC

We are delighted to have received a positive summary assessment from CQC which confirms that we have taken all the necessary measures and precautions to mitigate the risks associated with Covid-19.
The CQC assessed the home on four key compliance assessment areas:
Safe, care and treatment
Staffing arrangements
Protection from abuse
Assurance processes, monitoring and risk management
The registered Manager, was asked a variety of in-depth questions covering detailed aspects of the assessment criteria. After the assessment the CQC confirmed the Home has the systems and processes in place to mitigate the risk of COVID-19 and maintain the safety of their residents and employees.

We are delighted with the outcome of this assessment which confirms we have taken the necessary measures and precautions to mitigate the risks associated with Covid-19.
