We're immensely proud of our staff. They are trained professionals who are completely committed to providing the very best possible standards of care in a warm, friendly and comfortable environment.
'Atmosphere is everything,' says our Manager, Kathy Cleaver. 'New visitors always say what a lovely relaxed atmosphere we have, and that it's noticeable as soon as you walk in the door. We work really hard to get the little things right, and I personally have a very strong belief in holistic care for residents. We don't just sort out their problems: it's our job to make sure they're happy, and that they feel well looked after. We promote their independence and work as hard as we can to help them settle down and feel like Hoar Cross is their home.'

Kathy Cleaver
Kathy Cleaver is our Care Home Manager. Kathy is a Registered Nurse and has over 20 years experience of working in Nursing Homes.
Clare Kirkbride
Clare is our Deputy Manager. Clare is a Registered Nurse and has 10 years experience of working in a nursing home environment.
Lesley Eaton
Lesley is the Administrator. Lesley has an Admin and Secretarial background and can be contacted regarding any queries relating to the Nursing Home.
Viv Norton
Viv is our Activities Co-ordinator who organises activities to suit all of our Residents. Viv has previous experience as a care worker
Susan Fitz-Harris
Susan is our Chef she has many years of experience working in Nursing Homes catering for all of the dietary needs of our Residents.
Annmarie Palmer
Annmarie is one of our Senior Care Workers who is part of the team that looks after the day to day requirements of our Residents
