As with all service related industries, it is the people who are the most important. All members of the team have an important role in maintaining the high standards we attain. The nursing fully accredited and are on call at any hour of the day. The people behind the scenes like our catering staff and laundry assistants all go through the same rigid interview process. We also believe that investing in our staffs well being is just as important as that of the residents. Decisions are not made autonomously but via consultation with all of our staff members. This encourages more involvement with the running of the home and only adds to benefit our residents.

As part of our commitment to improvement we are dedicated to further enhancing the capabilities of our staff. We actively encourage training and also retraining.
